*The following activities are considered interscholastic sports and according to WIAA regulation a sport physical is required every 2 years. The District requires a $30.00 user fee for all participants.

**These activities are considered intramural and therefore no $30.00 fee is paid and no physical is required. However a $10.00 fee is required per participant.
