Welcome to the interactive internet connection for employment opportunities in the Wausau School District.

To be considered an active administrative applicant, please complete the WECAN (Wisconsin Education Career Access Network) online employment application. Click on the link located at the bottom of this page to start your WECAN application.  The Wausau School District is located in the CESA #9 region.  After completing your online application, be sure to submit your application directly to the Wausau School District, by choosing Search Employer Profiles from the Main Menu, then click on the Wausau School District, and choose APPLY NOW. Your application will remain active until September 30, 2012.

Applicants also need to mail or email a resume and three current letters of recommendation to: Wausau School District, Attn: Human Resources, 415 Seymour St., Wausau, WI 54403 or wsdhr@wausauschools.org.

If you have submitted a WECAN application to the Wausau School District prior to September 30, 2011, it is necessary to resubmit your application directly to the Wausau School District to be considered for a 2012-13 school year vacancy.

Please recognize that not all applicants are granted interviews. After a posting closes, a team of administrators will review your online application and will select a pool of candidates.  If selected to participate in this process, you will be contacted by the Wausau School District.
