Move that it be resolved that the real property located at 316-318 West Randolph Street, Wausau, be acquired for school site purposes and that the School Board of the Wausau School District be authorized to negotiate an agreement for the acquisition of such real property.

4. Vote on Motion for Land Disposition

Move that it be resolved that the real property (approximately 19,000 square feet) located at 700 West Strowbridge Street, Wausau, be sold and that the School Board of the Wausau School District be authorized to negotiate an agreement for the disposition of such real property.
