| Each student is unique and we should incorporate a variety of learning activities to accommodate learning styles. |
| The responsibility for educating children is shared by the home, school, and community. |
| Student self-esteem is enhanced by positive relationships. |
| A safe physical environment promotes student learning. |
| Students should develop an understanding of other cultures. |
| Student's learning should be enhanced by the use of the latest technological advancements. |

GOALS

| In our effort to enhance student achievement during the 2011-2012 school year, we will place our focus on the following goals: |
| 1. Our Literacy Goal: Reading, Writing, and Word Study. |

2. Our
Math Goal: Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Fact Families, Number
and Fact Fluency.

3. Health and Wellness: Promotion of Proper Nutrition, Exercise, and Empathy for Others. |
